Another interesting paper from Cormac Herley at Microsoft Research
In it he talks about "Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt" (FUD) and how
"Even a casual observer of computer security must notice the prevalence of FUD :non - falsifiable claims that promote fear, uncertainty or doubt (FUD)"It is short at 5 pages and well worth reading.
